None to Run (Healthynomics.com) – website provides a free program to help those who have NO running experience achieve a 5K and provides a printable running plan, strength workouts and stretching plan. They call it: 3 Flaws in The Couch to 5K Running Plan (And a Better Plan for Beginner Runners).
Type One Run – website provides a FREE printable 6 week schedule for a Couch to 5K which includes the walk/run plan and strengthening exercises. Includes videos to show you how to do the exercises! https://www.typeonerun.org/couch-to-5k/
Couch to 5K: Doggy Edition (Peta.org) -- Website provides information and 60 day training plan for those interested in running with their dog. Like humans, dogs need to train to stay healthy and injury free.
Fit Body HQ website has tons of information on running, workouts, yoga, fitness, nutrition and health.
Cell Phone Apps.. There are many couch to 5K apps for you cell phones. Just visit the App Store and type in Couch to 5K to see what is offered. Some of these will provide an audible plan that will play through your phone/ear buds as you are walking/running.
