Boone County Schools Statement on Copy-Cat Threats logo

Boone County Schools is one of many school districts across the country that is being subjected to copy- cat threats of the school tragedy in Florida.  We are working with local authorities as they investigate a recent rash of rumors and threats on our campuses.  Student suspects in each of the cases were immediately identified and apprehended.  They were charged by local authorities and disciplined by their schools.   In each case a thorough investigation was conducted by the school district and authorities.  No student or staff member was ever in danger. Confidentiality laws prevent Boone County Schools from talking about the persons involved or the specifics of the incidents. Boone County Schools will continue to remain on alert, following our safety protocols and working with the Boone County Sheriff’s Department and Florence Police as future issues arise.

Yearbook Yearbook

We Need Your Photos!

The Yearbook Committee needs your help! We need candid photos from the 2017-18 school year. Classroom parties, field trips, special events, extracurricular activities, etc. – if you have a good picture of your Wildcat in action, we want it! Submitting photos is easy!

To submit photos for consideration for the yearbook simply go to: www.community.lifetouch.com and register. The link and additional information is also available on the TES & PTA websites.

Our Community Image Upload Site Access Code is: YVYTRU

Remember these picture guidelines:

  • Up close candid shots work best. Choose pictures where you can see the cute faces of our Wildcats.
  • Make sure your pictures are in focus and are not blurry.
  • Upload the largest (up to 10MB) sized pictures so that we can crop photos if needed.
  • Pictures from your cell phone typically do not work well. Your photos must be at least 1 to 2 MB to appear clear in the Yearbook.
