Imagineering Academy

The Imagineering Academy is enrolling now for the 2017-18 school year. All high school students in Boone County should check it out!

 

Kentucky Teacher of the Year

Cooper High School's Kellie Clark was named the Kentucky Teacher of the Year!  The announcement was made by the Kentucky Department of Education at a ceremony in Frankfort in association with Valvoline.

Public Notice

The Boone County Schools Local Planning Committee will conduct a Public Meeting on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Boone County Board of Education, 8330 US 42, Florence.  This meeting is to make a minor adjustment to the current District Facility Plan for Boone County Schools.  Members from the public are welcome to attend and observe.

Last Day of Student Instruction

The Boone County School Board approved that the last day for student instruction to be set as May 24th.

LINK Champion

LINK (Let's Immunize Northern Kentucky) named Joan Fitzsimmons, District Health Coordinator of Boone County Schools, the 2017 Northern KY Immunization Champion. Joan is being honored in recognition of her leadership and dedication to prevent vaccine-preventable diseases and for making Northern KY a safer place to live.  Congratulations Mrs. Fitzsimmons!

Japanese Spring Festival

In partnership with Mann Elementary School, Erpenbeck Elementary recently hosted the Annual Japanese Spring Festival. There were tons of activities like Sushi-rolling classes, Taiko Drums, Japanese Crafts, Origami, Storytelling, and Karate demonstrations!
