Hello Students and Parents. Welcome to 4th grade!
I grew up as an Air Force brat and had the opportunities to travel to many awesome places stateside and overseas. After my father retired from the USAF, he began flying as a capt with Delta Airlines in which it landed us here in KY during the summer of 1989. After graduating from Conner High School, I attended Morehead State University to pursue a Veterinary Technologist Degree. I loved working with animals and still do today.
I have been teaching at New Haven since my graduation from Northern Kentucky University in December 2010. I taught pre-school and Kindergarten at The Goddard School for five and half years before coming to NH. I have taught Technology, 3rd Grade and 4th Grade.
I married my husband, Col. Brent Langhals Ret., in the summer of 2014. Together our blended family consist of 3 girls, 2 boys, 5 cats, 3 dogs, and 4 horses. We are a busy family!
During any spare time I may have… I enjoy teaching horse riding lessons to students at my barn, attending horse show competitions, cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, and running.
I am so excited to be teaching your wonderful children and look forward to seeing them grow and succeed in the classroom here at New Haven Elementary, and in life.
