BCHS Students Perform

On April 18, three students from Boone County High School participated in the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company’s second annual Project 38. This Project included 45 schools in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern KY area, each given a different Shakespeare play to perform to the public at the Woodward Theater in downtown Cincinnati.

Senior Kailey Brown and sophomores Sebastian Carlos and Sarah Morgan presented a compilation of scenes from the play Macbeth, each student playing multiple parts including the Porter, the Weird Sisters (witches), the Doctor, the Servant, a Messenger, and Lady Macbeth.

Because their performance was so outstanding, they were asked to perform twice that afternoon as well the only group invited to perform at Cincy Shakes’ Main Stage prior to the Company’s regular performance of Julius Caesar on Sunday, May 1. Congratulations to these three talented BCHS students!
