Visitor Information- IMPORTANT

“Parents, family members and visitors are required to sign in at the office anytime that they are in the building. Upon signing in you will be asked to leave your ID at the counter where it will be safely stored until you return to the office to sign back out.  At this time your ID will be returned to you.  This is a safety precaution for everyone as we need to be aware of who is in the building at all times.   The only exception to this is when you are coming for afternoon pick up – you will sign in at the sign out table in the lobby as always. Preschool parents will still need to sign in at the office as they arrive before the sign out table is manned.   At all other times you need to stop at the counter and sign in.     We have ordered a Campus Security Identification Scanning System and will be implementing its use once it is received.  This will require everyone who enters the building to present an ID which will then be scanned and checked against a national database.  “

Afternoon Pick Up Information

If you are picking your child up from school in the afternoon please make sure you arrive and sign your child out no later than 3:20. (This includes every day pick-ups and occasional pick-ups.)  Once the students are loaded and the buses are preparing to leave we cannot remove a child from the bus because it is a safety concern.
