Boone County Goes “Beyond the Bake Sale” 2.0 book study Kick-Off

Dr. Joe Mazza will lead this evening’s discussion. Beyond the Bake Sale by Henderson and Mapp is a must for any school community hoping to strengthen family-school partnerships.  Is your school a “Partner School”, an “Open Door School”, a “Come When We Call School”, or a “Fortress School”?  This study will provided guided reflection to help answer that question and to take steps toward the “Partner School” model.  It is recommended that parents and teachers pair up for the study, but single participants are certainly welcome.  The study will be mostly virtual using Voxer and other media.  Books will be provided. The study will run one month, through March 20. Please share this opportunity with other parents, teacher and staff.  Register for the study and the kick-off HERE.
