Raider Review

Unique Learning Opportunity for High School Seniors Interested in Machine Operating, Advanced Manufacturing or Engineering

28 seniors (7 from each Boone County high school) will be selected to explore careers in the growing field of manufacturing. In this fall program, students will visit industry sites and interact with employees to learn about job/apprenticeship opportunities and company benefits (often including tuition assistance). They will also do work simulation activities and practice soft skills. Two Boone County CCR Coaches will lead the students through college and career exploration to help them plan their post-secondary futures. Deadline to apply is Sept. 8. PTSA Open House on Tuesday, August 30th, 7 p.m.

The annual Ryle PTSA Open House will be held on Tuesday, August 30th at 7:00 p.m.  Join us in the Ryle auditorium for a brief introductory session and then follow your child's class schedule with the opportunity to meet the teachers and visit their classrooms.  Be sure to join the Ryle PTSA and be part of the great events for our students - the Responsible Young Driver Program, the After-Prom celebration, PTSA scholarships, and special projects for our classrooms.  All are funded by the Ryle Craft Show.

Ryle Volleyball Golf Outing

The Ryle Volleyball team is sponsoring a golf outing on Saturday, September 17 at Hickory Sticks Golf Course.  Download flyer for details.

Construction Updates

New additions to our building and facilities are under construction.  Please excuse any inconvenience.  

  • The bus loop behind the building (closest to Hwy 42) is closed to traffic as the new classroom wing is under construction.
  • Our lower commons area is being expanded.
  • A physical activity/training space with restroom facilities will be built adjacent to the bandroom and small gymnasium.
  • Additional storage for maintenance equipment is also being constructed at the fieldhouse.

ACT Prep Classes Hosted at Ryle

ACT Prep sessions will be hosted at Ryle prior to each of the national testing dates.  See attached schedule and registration form.
