Day of Play 5K Run/Walk

Come join us for the Boone County Schools Day of Play 5K Run/Walk Presented by the Superintendent's Student Advisory Council on Saturday September 27th at Idlewild Park in Burlington.  Zumba will kick things off at 8:45am with the 5K Run/Walk beginning at 9:00am  There will also be family activities and a health fair until 11:30am after the race.  Come join us for the full morning of play!  Online registration is open until September 20th.

Don’t forget to bring money for Kona Ice on Tuesday!

Science Club will begin meeting on September 4 from 2:45-3:45 p.m. If you are interested in joining, please stop by Mrs. White's room 214 to pick up an application or pick one up in the front office. Even if you have been a member in the past, you still need to fill out an application. Applications are due Thursday, September 4. 

Academic Team tryouts are next Tuesday and Wednesday (September 2nd and 3rd) after school.  Interested 6th graders need to report to Mr. Barrix’s room #209 after school on Tuesday or Wednesday.  Interested 7th and 8th graders report to Mrs. Stigall’s room #310.  You only have to come for one day.  Tryouts will last from 2:45 to 3:45.

Conner Christian Breakfast Club begins September 12th in the library.  All are welcome for a morning of fellowship. 

There will be a parent meeting for NEW archery participants on September 4th at 6:30 in the cafeteria. 

REMINDER CHORUS STUDENTS: All chorus forms and money are due today. Don’t forget to turn those in to Mrs. Bertelsen.

Colts Care membership form and money are due to Mrs. Cobble or Mrs. Crum by this Friday. No forms will be accepted after Friday.

Coding Club will begin on Sept. 3rd. No experience or sign up required to join. The Coding Club will meet every Wednesday in the CMS library from 2:45-3:30. Please make arrangements to be picked up by 3:30.
