Student Announcements

Friday, 1/23, is a RED day for Unified Arts.

Students staying for Friday School need to report to Mrs. Littrell in room #304 when walkers & riders are dismissed.

All students who participated in the District Governor’s Cup need to see Mrs. Stigall no later than Monday.

The School Finals for the Geography Bee will take place on Friday, January 30th at 1:15 in the Conner MS Library. The 11 finalists should check in with Mr. Stigall by Monday at the latest.

A quick reminder that tonight is school dance from 6:30-9:00pm, sponsored by the CMS PTSO. Admission is $5.00 or students can use their dance coupons at this dance. We will have pizza, drinks and candy for sale at our concession table. CMS dress code applies at the dance. We hope to see you there!

CMS HIp writing contest - Don’t forget to get writing and enter for a chance to win lunch from Firehuose subs, your writing piece published on the school website, and receive a special award at the end of the year awards ceremony! The essays should cover how honor, integrity, and pride play a role in your life. Turn the essays into you Language Arts teacher on or before Friday Jan 30.?

Walkers & riders must stay in the classroom until walkers and riders are dismissed.

Colts Care members – sweatshirts order forms are now available! Pick up a form in the main office, or from Mrs. Crum. ALL orders are due by Friday, January 30th.

Our Mission

Conner Middle School Vision and Goals


We are a CUSTOMER SERVICE organization who just happens to prepare students for college, career, and life through academics, the arts, and a strong focus on the four C’s of 21st Century Learning (communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking).



All students will achieve a minimum of a 19 on the college readiness exam as 8th graders, which informs us our students are on track to be college and career ready upon graduation from high school.
