Ryle Scheduling Informational Meeting for 2017/2018 School Year Ryle Raider

8th Grade Parent/Guardian:

Please mark Wednesday, January 25th, at 6:30 p.m. on your calendars.
There will be a very important parent meeting at Ryle HS for the incoming Ryle 9th graders regarding scheduling for 9th grade next year.  This meeting is for both students and parents.

The scheduling process will be different this year.  All curriculum books and schedule sheets will be given out on Wednesday, 1/25.  Ryle counselors will go over the scheduling process and talk about Career Pathways available at Ryle.  You will be able to walk around and visit with teachers and discuss their various offerings.

The goal will be to help parents and students be well informed before they complete their schedule request on Monday, February 6th at Ryle's guidance and advisement conferences.

Digital Photography Club Camera

We will have a new photography club starting this Friday after school from 2:30-3:45 in the library.  This club is hosted by a local photographer Shannon Eggelston.  Ms. Eggelston will teach you how to shoot like a pro.  From taking cool shots for social media to creating fine art portraits, you'll have tons of fun while you learn technology and art...that's a guarantee! This is open to all sixth, seventh and eighth grade students and will meet every Friday through the end of the school year.  Cameras are not required, so come and check it out. Ms. Eggelston will host an information night this coming Thursday evening in the cafeteria at 7:00pm, that will last  approximately 30 minutes.   Digital Photography Club Flyer
