5/13/19

Attention all flag football players, practice is cancelled today! Please go home as you normally would today.

Reminder - No electronic devices are allowed during the testing days. That means cell phones should be turned off and not on you - they should be placed in your locker or not brought to school. You should not be caught wearing headphones as you should not have anything to connect them to. If you are caught with a device it will be taken and not returned until all tests are complete. No warnings will be given as this is a serious issue during testing. Thank you for following this expectation.

Attention Students, There are over 150 of you who have not returned their library books. Be sure that you get your library account taken care of immediately; otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in field day. If you need to know what you owe, your parents received an e-mail or you can see Ms.Barry.

Mrs. Hargett is looking for students who want to be peer tutors next school year. If you're interested in being a peer tutor, pick up an application outside of room 101B. Or see Mrs. Hargett with any questions. Completed applications are due on the last day of school, MAY 24th.

Pick up your Yearbook order form outside room 109 on your way out today! Just a few days left to order!

Are you worried about having all of these racked up PBIS points and nothing huge to spend them on? Well good news, your unused PBIS points will roll over to next year! The PBIS store will be selling until the end of the year, but if you would like to save them for next year, you can!

If you are interested in Crime Scene Investigation - please see Mr. Hanley in room 117 for an application to the Florence Police Department's Forensic Day Camp this summer. Applications are also available on the school website.

7th grade students: if you chose Digital Literacy as one of your top 3 picks, you should receive an application. If you are interested in earning the high school credit for Digital Literacy, please follow the directions on the form. You need two teacher recommendation letters---they can be short and sweet, and your parent or guardian's signature. These are due to Ms. Baker next Wednesday, May 22, 2019. See Ms. Baker for any questions and/or concerns.

Reminder - we are still following the posted school dress code - which means no sliders, no shorts, and no holy jeans. Please dress appropriately unless otherwise announced. Consequences will be enforced for not following the non-negotiable of appropriate dress.
