We have paired with the Dominion Senior Home** in Florence to volunteer with their elderly residents.   Last year we decided on a pen pal program.  Each student has written a letter to a senior at Dominion.  We will discuss whether to continue this program at our first meeting this fall. Please join us in this opportunity to reach out to our local community of seniors who need our support during this difficult time.

** volunteers will be needed as dates arise

Volunteer Opportunites

The Mary Rose Mission is open again for indoor business and needs our help.

Students under 16 must fill out a waiver to work there.  See Mrs. Schab  for these waivers.

What do we do?  We help serve food and clean up afterwards to needy folks in Boone County.

The Mission is in downtown Florence and is open daily during dinner time (4:30-6:30PM).

MORE information will be discussed at our first meeting.
