Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) focuses on a systems approach for establishing the social culture and individualized behavioral supports needed for schools to achieve both social and academic success for all students.

All expectations and procedures, in and out of the classroom, at OMS fall under the guidelines of the 3 R's -Respect, Responsibility, and Do the Right Thing.

The OMS PBIS Committee meets each month, one week prior to scheduled staff meetings. Meetings are held in the Library from 2:45-3:45.
