Order form is for remote learning, virtual learning and non-enrolled students

Forms will be open from Wednesday 3 pm until Sunday Night at 11:59 pm

 

Ordering
 

Virtual / Remote Learning Form:

• All students and children in Boone County ages 2-18 will receive meals at no charge thru June 30, 2021

• Meal bags can be picked up on Wednesdays at ANY school from 10am – 2pm

• Non-enrolled students will need to call the school cafeteria they plan to pick up their meals at. All cafeteria numbers are provided once the “non-enrolled” choice is selected.

On Wednesday, December 16 our schools will be providing 21-day meal bags for virtual students, remote students, and non-enrolled children in Boone County to enjoy over winter break.

To order: Starting December 10 fill out the survey on the Boone County website or call the school cafeteria of your choice.

To pick up: Visit your school Wednesday from 10 AM to 2 PM.

You may view the planned menus on the food service website or by clicking https://boone.nutrislice.com/. Menus are subject to change due to availability of food products. If you have any questions about allergies or special dietary needs, please contact the cafeteria manager of your student’s school and we will gladly provide meal accommodations once a special dietary needs form is completed and on file for your student.
