The Burlington Elementary Special Area teachers have created a BINGO activity sheet for students to use during our Non Traditional Instruction days. Below are the links to the PE task instructions for each grade level. Please note that all of these activities are not meant to be completed in one week. The BINGO activity is designed so that students are choosing one square (one class' activities) per day, just like if they were rotating through their Special Area rotation at school. So don't feel overwhelmed! Have fun with these activities, and do your best!

My name is Molly Ahlman and this is my fifth year teaching at Burlington Elementary! As a former student here and a graduate of Conner High School, I am SO excited to be back! I previously taught for 5 years in Lawrenceburg, IN. I am also the Intramural Basketball program coordinator at BES.
Students at Burlington Elementary participate in physical education once every seven school days for 50 minutes. Please be sure to check what day your child has PE and send them to school with gym shoes and the proper attire to ensure that they can have the most safe participation possible! They also have the opportunity to participate in outside or classroom PE daily. As I tell the students in class, they need to add as much physical activity at home as possible to get the recommended 60 MINUTES per day! Make it a family habit!
This year our students are utilizing a program called Adventure to Fitness (www.adventuretofitness.com). This website also offers some free short videos that you can sample at home!
