Unpredictable winter weather may necessitate Boone County Schools to alter daily schedules or routines within the district. To be prepared please log into your Parent Portal to make sure your emergency contact information is correct and up to date. This is how we will communicate with you. Also, have child-care arrangements already in place should the need arise to close school early, delay or cancel school.

This would be a great a time to download our bus app. We have invested in new GPS technology that will help alleviate the problems of unpredictable pick-ups and drop-offs during times of inclement weather, break downs, accidents, and bus driver shortages. This app is free to parents and provides additional safety for our students and give our parents peace of mind.
