Ockerman Elementary is excited to once again offer the Me and My School Kindergarten Readiness Program, a free transitional summer program designed to help incoming Kindergarten students prepare for a successful start to the 2025–2026 school year.
Sponsored by United Way, this engaging four-week program will run from Monday, July 7 through Thursday, July 31, operating Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Please note that participation requires a full commitment to all four weeks.
Students will explore weekly thematic units, build early learning skills, and become familiar with the layout of Ockerman Elementary. In addition to the academic and social preparation, students will receive a snack each day and take home a backpack, a t-shirt, and all the school supplies they’ll need for Kindergarten.

To enroll, please complete & submit the Enrollment Google Form. Submit the form by Friday, June 20th for FREE transportation. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and all required paperwork must be completed and submitted for a student to be accepted.
